A final clean that follows the construction schedule
A good final clean starts after dust-producing work has stopped in the area being released. Sanding, cutting and drilling can quickly cover a finished room again. If your project is opening in sections, tell us which rooms are ready and how workers will move through them. We can price those areas separately from the spaces still under construction.
For a store opening or tenant handover, include the date of the owner walkthrough as well as the move-in date. Furniture delivery, merchandising and punch-list repairs can leave another round of footprints and packaging. A later touch-up is a separate visit worth discussing before the first clean.
What commercial construction cleaning can include
The written quote identifies the rooms, surfaces and accessible heights included in your clean. Use this list to show us what the project needs.
- Remove loose dust from accessible baseboards, ledges, doors and door frames.
- Wipe finished counters, cabinet exteriors, shelves and other agreed surfaces.
- Detail restroom fixtures, mirrors, partitions and newly installed accessories.
- Vacuum or clean floors using a method suitable for the installed material.
- Clean accessible interior glass, entry doors and storefront glazing.
- Collect ordinary small cleaning debris and take it to the approved disposal point.

New finishes need more care, not stronger chemicals
Share the flooring and glass care instructions before cleaning starts. New coatings, decorative metal and protective films may have restrictions that are not obvious from a photograph. Paint overspray, adhesive and grout haze also need to be identified individually; a tool suitable for one finish can mark another.
Construction dust is not automatically ordinary household dust. If the work involved concrete, masonry or other silica-containing material, tell us before booking. OSHA restricts dust-raising cleanup practices where they can expose workers to respirable silica. Hazardous dust, asbestos, lead, mold remediation and construction waste hauling are outside an ordinary final-cleaning quote.
What we need from your superintendent or project manager
Send the address, approximate cleanable area, number of floors and current site photographs. Add the access hours, parking or loading instructions, working water and power, disposal location and any elevator reservation. Include close-ups of problem residue alongside wide room views.
