Different spaces need different cleaning jobs
The Los Angeles Downtown Community Plan includes the Financial District, Arts District and Fashion District. That range is a useful reminder that a commercial address can contain offices, showrooms, storage rooms or a mixture of uses. A quote should describe your actual rooms instead of assuming that every square foot needs the same treatment.
For an occupied office, recurring janitorial service normally begins with restrooms, breakrooms, waste and floors. A showroom may need more entrance glass and display-surface attention. A freshly remodeled suite needs post-construction cleaning before a regular maintenance schedule makes sense.

Compare service options before choosing a frequency
Tell us what prompted the search. Persistent dust at floor edges, a missed restroom or a move-in date each points toward a different scope. Photos help identify the work, but a walkthrough is useful where finishes, access or buildup affect the method.
- Janitorial services for the rooms used throughout the week.
- Office cleaning for work areas, meeting rooms and staff facilities.
- Post-construction cleaning for commercial remodels and tenant improvements.
- Commercial floor care and accessible window cleaning as defined additional tasks.

| Walkthrough item | Suggested scope | Preparation or decision |
|---|---|---|
| Occupied office | Use a repeat list for waste, staff rooms and clear surfaces. | Record attendance and the rooms used for visitors. |
| Showroom or shop | Include customer glass, display exteriors and floor transitions. | State which products staff will clear. |
| New commercial suite | Request dust and fixture detailing after the trades finish. | Provide the room-release date and remaining deliveries. |
Include the building rules in the cleaning plan
A loading dock, a security desk and a shared freight elevator can all affect the route into a Los Angeles property. Send the access window and building contact along with the suite number. Confirm who maintains lobby floors and common restrooms when those areas sit outside your lease.
Give the cleaner a room-by-room list of restricted items. Files, display stock, electronics and specialist equipment should not be treated as ordinary wipeable surfaces. If staff work after closing, identify which rooms can be released first and how an unfinished room will be reported.

Start with the address and the problem to solve
Request a quote with your business type, approximate area, restroom count and preferred service hours. For a construction job, add the current trade stage and handover date. For recurring cleaning, include the tasks your current arrangement misses. Blended can then discuss a scope that addresses the property rather than a generic package.
