Keep displays and working material protected
Show the surfaces that can be wiped and the items that staff will clear first. Product samples, art, paperwork and electronic equipment should not be moved under a broad instruction to clean everything. Distinguish accessible display exteriors from the contents inside them.
For glass, agree whether regular visits cover touch marks, whole panels or both. The same distinction helps with floors: a daily traffic path and a detailed edge clean can have separate frequencies while both remain visible in the plan.

| Walkthrough item | Suggested scope | Preparation or decision |
|---|---|---|
| Display fixtures | Clean named exterior surfaces once products are cleared. | Leave samples, artwork and stock handling with authorized staff. |
| Closing floor pass | Include the customer route and agreed back-room path. | Sequence it after restocking and the final delivery. |
| Staff-room reset | Name sink, counter, waste and restroom tasks. | Keep these rooms visible when reviewing the front-of-house result. |
Do not overlook the staff side of the business
A customer-facing space can look presentable while the breakroom sink or restroom floor edges fall behind. Include those details in the room list. Identify supplies, dispenser refills and appliance surfaces rather than leaving them to assumptions.
- Entrance handles, accessible glass and threshold areas.
- Waste from the agreed bins and rooms.
- Staff sink, counters, tables and approved appliance exteriors.
- Restroom fixtures, mirrors and the specified floor areas.

Discuss a reset or a recurring service
A display reset, new lease or remodel can call for more detail than ordinary maintenance. Send photos showing the current condition and explain what will still be in the space when work starts. If construction dust remains, request a construction-cleaning assessment.
Blended can review the address, room use, access and desired schedule with you. The resulting scope should tell you what happens each visit and which jobs need a separate arrangement.
