Commercial spaces, practical cleaning work
A business needs its cleaning service to fit around the way the property works. A store has customers and deliveries. An office has occupied desks and meeting rooms. A newly finished interior has trades, new surfaces and a handover date. Those details belong in the first conversation.
Blended accepts enquiries for recurring janitorial cleaning, office and retail cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial floor care, deeper one-time cleaning and accessible window cleaning. The service pages explain the typical tasks so you can start with the work your property actually needs.

See the work in our photographs
The work gallery shows floor machines operating between store displays, carpet extraction beside bookshelves and pressure washing in a vehicle bay. Other photographs show retail floors and storefront glass. The captions describe what is visible so you can compare the surfaces with your own property.
Show us the areas that need attention in your building. Current photographs, flooring details and a walkthrough help us choose the tasks and methods for your space.
What to expect before you book
The first step is to understand the address, building use, approximate cleanable area and timing. Photographs can answer some early questions; a walkthrough may be needed to see the layout, material condition or access. The next step is a written quote identifying the work being offered.
A useful cleaning agreement makes the practical details visible. Rooms, tasks, frequency, access and any extras should be easy to find. If you have vendor paperwork or special site requirements, provide them early so they can be reviewed before a booking is accepted.
- The specific rooms and surfaces included in the job.
- Any furniture clearing or site preparation needed before arrival.
- The cleaning window and how entry and lock-up will work.
- Periodic work or additional visits priced separately.
- The contact for questions, access changes and cleaning concerns.
