Call David
Describe the property and the cleaning you need.
(323) 491-8008
Tell us the city, type of property and cleaning work you need. Include your target handover date or preferred access hours when they affect the job.
Call David at (323) 491-8008 or email David@BlendedCommercialCleaning.com with the property city and the cleaning work you need. Add the approximate cleanable area, property type and a preferred time to speak. If you have several locations, list the addresses separately so the requirements can be reviewed for each site.
You do not need a finished specification before making contact. Describe the rooms and the condition that prompted the enquiry: an occupied office needing recurring visits, a shop needing floor care or a completed construction project approaching handover. Those details give the conversation a practical starting point.

| Include | A useful level of detail |
|---|---|
| Property | City, building type, suite or included floors and approximate area |
| Work | Main cleaning priority, rooms and any particular surfaces |
| Timing | Preferred start date, visit frequency or handover deadline |
| Access | Permitted working hours and the person coordinating entry |
| Reply contact | Your name and the phone number or email you want used |
For recurring cleaning, describe the occupied days, staff or visitor use and the rooms needing regular attention. Mention who supplies restroom consumables and whether common areas are maintained by the building. If there is an existing task list, send it with the parts you want changed.
For post-construction cleaning, include the project stage, work that remains and the date the space needs to be ready. Identify whether you want rough cleaning, a final clean or a later touch-up visit. For floors and windows, name the material where known, the accessible area and any finish, film or residue that needs discussion.
A wide view shows the room layout and obstacles; a close view shows the condition you want addressed. Include a few relevant photographs rather than a large set of unrelated images. A floor plan can help identify which rooms are included, especially when the quote covers only part of a building.
Keep alarm codes, keys, passwords and private records out of the initial enquiry. Photographs should focus on the surfaces and work area. Detailed entry instructions can be arranged directly once the visit and the people attending have been confirmed.
Have someone available who knows which areas belong in the cleaning scope. Walk the included rooms and point out tasks performed by the landlord, staff or another contractor. Discuss the preferred working window, equipment route and any preparation your team must complete before cleaning can begin.
When reviewing a proposal, check the room list, task frequency, periodic work and exclusions. Confirm the billing arrangement and how additional work would be approved. If a requested date depends on unfinished construction or another team, state that dependency before the cleaning visit is treated as booked.

No. The work, site access and available date need to be discussed and agreed. Include your preferred timing in the enquiry so it can be considered during the scope review.
Yes. Include one address and short scope for each location, with the relevant access hours and local contact. Note which decisions are made centrally and which can be made at the site.
